Man Killed in Single-Vehicle Crash on Valley Chapel Road in Spokane County

Spokane County, WA (June 07, 2026) – Emergency responders were dispatched to a fatal single-vehicle crash along the 5000 block of East Valley Chapel Road in Spokane County.

According to publicly available information from the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, deputies and firefighters from Spokane County Fire District 8 arrived at the scene and discovered a severely damaged Ford F-250. First responders immediately attempted life-saving measures on the driver.

Despite emergency efforts, the driver was pronounced deceased at the scene. No other occupants or injuries were reported in connection with the crash.

Preliminary findings indicate that the vehicle was traveling along Valley Chapel Road when the driver failed to negotiate a curve. Authorities reported that the truck struck one tree before continuing forward and colliding with a second tree, causing significant damage to the vehicle.
