Spokane Valley Man Struck by Bus Near Gorge Amphitheater in Grant County

Grant County, Washington (August 18, 2026) –A 29-year-old Spokane Valley man was injured after being struck by a bus early Monday morning near the Gorge Amphitheater, according to preliminary information from the Grant County Sheriff’s Office.

The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. near Silica Road NW and Sagecliffe Road NW. Authorities said man,of Spokane Valley, was walking along the roadway while wearing dark clothing when he was struck by a bus.

Man was transported by air ambulance to an out-of-area hospital for treatment. Information regarding the extent of his injuries was not immediately available.
