Spokane Valley, WA (May 17, 2026) – Three children and an adult were seriously injured Thursday in a pedestrian crash on East 24th Avenue at State Route 27, according to Washington State Patrol (WSP) Trooper Ryan Senger.
Preliminary reports indicate the pedestrians were crossing East 24th Avenue when a 16-year-old girl driving a Chevy Cruze north on SR-27 struck them at about 8:10 p.m. Authorities noted that there is no crosswalk at the intersection.
